Zero-Party Data
What is zero-party data?
Zero-party data draws the distinction between the often-passive collection of 1st-party data (which includes observed and inferred data) and the collection of data actively and intentionally provided by a consumer for a given purpose. Zero-party data might be collected through a product or subscription on-boarding process, a loyalty program, a social story, poll, questionnaire, pulse survey or contest.
